Purpose
The purpose of the Super Stallions Incentive Fund (SSIF) is to
promote the cutting horse as a unique and excellent equine athlete.
SSIF is a Texas non-profit corporation that was
organized by cutting horse stallion owners to enhance the interest in
cutting horse competitions and breeding of cutting horses, and to add
value to cutting horse stallions, mares and foals.
SSIF creates additional prize money available to owners of eligible four-year-olds participating in the NCHA
Super Stakes, an annual competition of four-year old cutting horses
sponsored by the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA). SSIF is
a cutting within a cutting that makes prize money available to eligible
horse owners in addition to the NCHA Super Stakes purse. See
the SSIF Program Overview for further explanation.
SSIF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
operated by NCHA.
