III. Stallion Owner’s Certification
The Stallion’s legal and registered owner acknowledges and certifies the
following:
1. I am the
legal and registered owner of the Stallion identified in Section I above.
2. I am hereby
nominating the Stallion identified in Section I above to the SSIF Program.
3. I have received, reviewed, and consent to
each and all of the terms and conditions of the SSIF Program as outlined in
the Program Overview.
4. I agree to comply with all terms of the
SSIF Program, including payment of the Stallion Nomination Fee in accordance
with the SSIF Program Overview.
5. All information regarding the Stallion
Identification and the Stallion’s Legal and Registered Owner contained in
this contract is true and correct.
6. I acknowledge that SSIF is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, or operated by the NCHA.
7. I acknowledge that this Contract is not
binding until both the Stallion Owner and the SSIF execute it. SSIF shall
have ten (10) business days after receipt of this Contract to determine
whether to execute this Contract. If SSIF declines to execute the
Contract, the Stallion owner shall be so notified in writing within said ten
(10) business days and such notification shall be accompanied by the return
of the Contract marked “Cancelled”.
8. This Contract constitutes the entire
agreement of the parties hereto, unless subsequently modified in writing,
executed by both parties hereto and is subject to the laws of the State of
Texas with venue in Fort Worth, Tarrant County. In the event of a dispute
over this Contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable
professional fees and costs incurred.
